Founded 25 years ago, PRIAMS is a real estate developer that designs and builds new, quality projects with a low environmental impact.
The marketing and graphic design department, integrated internally, has a dual mission to develop communication tools as well as to graphically design the response files for public tenders.
Recommendation
Create visual consistencies for each type of project, targeting sometimes very different audiences (institutional brochure vs. graphic identity of a high-end real estate development) while maintaining a strong, high-quality, and distinctive guiding line.
