ELEVATING A CLEAR AND GENTLE IDENTITY TO EMBODY A NEW URBAN SPIRIT.


Brief BNP Paribas Real Estate launched a residential program within the new low-carbon district Les Messageries in Paris 12, on the former SNCF logistics site. The objective: to create a contemporary, intuitive, and digital-friendly art direction that breaks away from the promoter’s traditional visual codes. The identity had to convey a modern, serene style in harmony with the Parisian spirit, while adapting seamlessly to both signage and digital media.


RecommendationThe visual universe is built around a unique, vaporous, and luminous color palette, moving away from the conventional white-and-gold tones typical of the sector. A custom, clean, and legible typeface structures the brand’s voice with both softness and precision.
